Let's start with a wise quote: "Not every puzzle is meant to be solved." As for Jimmy Barka Experience, the mighty afro/funk/psych/world/breaks combo, it's all about starting with something simple and then usually unintentionally complicating it to the point of sheer bafflement.

Three Piece Puzzle is the new music collage by the turntables - drums trio. A mosaic of sounds and samples from across the board - from Turkish psych to Yugo jazz, from Istrian folk to American gospel, they got you covered! This time around the ride is less frantic, a tad slower in pace and more melodic in style. The production technique is pretty simple: some programming, more rehearsing, playing, jamming and recording on the fly. With extreme attention to some arrangement details and pure ignorance to glossy and polished final product. Piece by piece.
