Nezno kruti svet is a debut single by Better, a fresh new Slovenian act. Its members are Tsujigiri (the frontman of YGT), and the celebrated rap trio Matter. With the help of another young whiz -Shao- they create music marked by gloomy beats, cryptical raps, and emotional, excessively over-processed vocals.
The track's lyrics are creative variations on the poem Register und summarischer Inhalt by Gorazd Kocijančič, a well-known Slovenian philosopher and poet. The record is therefore an unlikely trap banger, but also a glimpse into a fascinating mystical and metaphysical world.
Brace yourself also for Misli nate, another single coming out in just a few weeks after their debut Nezno kruti svet. Better promises to melt the trends from inside and push the contemporary popular musical genres over their edges.
